charmed by my stay
early check-in strong water
the staff was helpful and allowed early check-in (a real plus after a long flight). i also loved the strong water pressure in the shower and the coziness of the kitchen facilities. i really enjoyed having everything i needed right there.
the windows in the rooms weren't as clear as i hoped. the heaters meant to melt the ice didn't work particularly well, so the windows often stayed foggy and icy (that was kind of a bummer).

the room contained everything needed for a family of three including a sauna. the location sits on top of the ski slopes overlooking the city. the hotel is atop one of the larger hills in the area.

hill location aurora borealis tasty dishes vegan options room service room cleaning
the location is atop a hill. it is next to a ski resort. i viewed aurora borealis from my room. the restaurant offered tasty dishes.
there were very few VEGAN or vegetarian options. room service could be improved. cleaning was not done for three days. i was missing more attention to those services.

Wonderful Stay with Aurora Views
northern lights packed breakfast
the staff called when the northern lights looked as we requested. they also provided a packed breakfast since we had to leave very early. the heating system was especially appreciated during the cold nights.
the windows did not have the clearest views, even with the heater to melt the ice. this made it difficult to fully enjoy the scenery from the room.

the room featured two floors and very comfortable beds with separate nordic mattresses. valley views were accessible from the room, though other rooms are nearby. a sauna was located inside the room for private use with good space.
